Obituary for Richard J Fernandez

Richard J. Fernandez, 44 of East Windsor passed away Friday, December 30, 2016 at his residence. Born in New York he was a long time resident of East Windsor.

Richard was a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and his passion in life was food and cooking.

He is survived by his wife, Victoria Fernandez; his mother, Deborah Fernandez; one sister, Patricia Fernandez; grandmother, Joan McCarthy; godmother, Cathy McCarthy; godfather, Dwight Junger and his aunts and uncles, Patricia and Tom Manoy and Margaret and Dave Dolack; cousins, Joseph and Jessie Manoy and their daughter Charleigh; and his children, Dahlia and Lucas.

Private family services are under the direction of the Barlow & Zimmer Funeral Home, 202 Stockton Street, Hightstown, NJ 08520. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Richard’s name to The American Heart Association, 1 Union Street, Suite 301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691.
