Obituary for Barry Weissman

Weissman, 77, of Princeton Junction died Friday, January 4, 2019 at Penn Presbyterian Hospital in Philadelphia with his family by his side. Born in Brooklyn, Barry lived in New Haven, CT; before moving to Lawrenceville and then Princeton Junction.
Barry received his BA from MIT and Master’s and Doctorate from Yale University where he also was member of Zeta Beta Tau. Barry started working for Western Electric in 1969 and retired from Lucent Technologies in 1998.
Mr. Weissman was a member of Chabad of the Windsors, in his spare time he loved working on antique clocks and had his own business, Expert Clock Repair. He also loved trips to Atlantic City and spending time with his family, including his dogs, Cali and Max and his bird Prince.
Barry is survived by his wife of 57 years, Paula Weissman; three sons, Mitchell (Gloria), Joshua (Sandra) and Toby (Jennifer) Weissman; three daughters, Sherry Fordham, Alicia (Mario) Ribeca and Candice Weissman; three grandchildren, Shantair, Bernadette and Matthew; four great grandchildren; two brothers, Wayne and Michael Weissman and one sister, Roberta Sappington..
