Though I hadnt seen him for many years, I still hold his friendship dearly. Richard and his twin Billy were the first kids I meet when we move across Main Street from them. I still remember going across the street with my neighbor Kathy and asking "Can Billy and Richard come out and play/"

He was a wonderful husband and father and a good friend to many and he has bravely fought through many years of health problems with an angel by his side, Ina.
