Obituary for Claud C. Yarborough Jr.

Claud C. Yarborough, Jr., 74, of East Windsor, passed away Friday, February 16, 2018 at the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro. Born in McCall, South Carolina he was an area resident for most of his life.

Claud served in the U.S. Army, 101st Airborne Division and also the National Guard. He worked 23 years for Princeton Plasma Physics Lab and also 15 years at Conair Corporation, East Windsor. He enjoyed cooking and was a giver, always good natured at heart. He was a member of the American Legion Post 401 in South Brunswick and was very active in the Knights of Columbus, Hightstown Council #6284.

Predeceased by his parents, Claud Sr. and Nadine, he is survived by his wife of 46 years Marilyn, four sons Michael, Timothy, Claud and Robert and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held Thursday, February 22 from 4pm to 7pm at the Barlow & Zimmer Funeral Home, 202 Stockton Street, Hightstown, NJ 08520. Funeral Service will be on Friday, February 23 at 10am at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations in Claud’s name may be made to St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 156 Maxwell Ave, Hightstown, NJ 08520. Arrangements are under the direction of the Barlow & Zimmer Funeral Home, Hightstown, NJ.
