Dear Wayne and family,
We will always remember Millie during the VFW Convention. Everyone would sit in front of 2B or on the deck laughing and laughing. Millie was always open and honest and I enjoyed speaking with her! She enjoyed telling me about her great grandchildren and was proud of her family! We were blessed to have know her.
Love,
Your Sandpiper Family
Kathy, Bill, Lauren and Stephanie.

Millie was a wonderful friend. I'll always remember her lovely smile, her laugh, her great sense of humor, and her devotion to family, friends and the VFW. She was the 'been there, done that' voice of reason when my kids were driving me crazy, reassuring me that they'd turn out just fine. She would patiently wait while I looked at everything in the Cape May shops, despite rarely buying anything herself. In Myrtle Beach she was my fellow non-seafood eating Yankee, and the best balcony buddy ever for all those years in Wildwood...those places won't be the same without her. I know she's watching her family and friends from above, so rest easy, my dear friend, and know that you are missed.

Mom...it would take an entire book for me to share my memories of you. I had the most amazing childhood, filled with love and laughter and as I grew older, you became my best friend. We did such silly things, I am surprised Dad could handle us sometimes. Our yearly adventure of trying on bathing suits and laughing at each others choices were some of my favorite times with you. You would drag me out shopping and never buy anything and then wonder why I had a shopping problem. We would go, just to be together. You never judged my decisions, no matter how crazy and you always listened even though I probably told you the same story a million times. I will miss your beautiful smile and am fortunate to have inherited your feisty spirit and love for family. I will miss you terribly and I know that you are pain and worry free, dancing to some silly Polish music with Grandma. I love you and you will forever be in my heart....xoxoo Kris
