Obituary for Arlene Duran (Dorko)

Arlene Duran (Nee Dorko), 74, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2019. She is predeceased by her parents, Stephen and Terezia Dorko (Nee Kopanyi). Arlene is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Dennis, daughters Catherine Lepp, Jennifer Tuffy (Mark), grandchildren Taylor, Gregor, Kaitlyn and Fraser, sister Dawn Bieniek (Craig) and brother Robert Dorko, and many other family and friends.
Arlene was born in Perth Amboy, NJ and married her husband Dennis on May 4, 1968. She loved to travel with her husband and family and has been all over the world. She had an infectious laugh, a zest for life and a smile that would light up the room when she walked in. Arlene was an active member of her church, and a longtime member of the Cranbury Women’s Club, Friends of the Library, and The Cranbury Historical Society. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, and playing Mahjong with friends.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday, December 3rd from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the Barlow & Zimmer Funeral Home, 202 Stockton Street Hightstown NJ 08520.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service which will be held on Wednesday December 4th at 11am, at First Presbyterian Church of Cranbury, 22 South Main Street, Cranbury, NJ, interment to follow at Brainerd Cemetery, Cranbury.
