William Christopher Moran, “Billy” was born in Trenton, NJ on April 10, 1991
as the second child to Vicki and Marty Moran. He graduated from Notre Dame
High School and attended George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.

Billy’s love and knowledge for sports was endless. His humor and quick
whit, spectacular. His smile beautiful. If you knew Billy, you know what we mean. His kindness
and compassion will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his older brother, Marty that he adored. Billy once wrote that
he had a best friend from birth. His parents, Vicki and Marty Moran and grandmother,
Jean Landry Moran. Along with aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

Billy was big in stature but our gentle giant. His bear hugs will be missed forever.

In lieu of flowers please donate to RISE of Hightstown or to your local Big Brothers Big Sisters or volunteer.

Dear Moran Family,

My son Zack just advised me of Billy's passing. My deepest and most heartfelt condolences go out to you all. I will always remember Billy's happy face playing rec soccer at PAL with Marty as his coach. Those were wonderful memories. I will pray for healing and understanding for your family, and that Billy is at peace.

With Love & Care,

Jim Vittor

Moran Family,
I am so deeply saddened about Billy’s passing. I was in Theta Chi at GMU with Billy and 2 years ahead of him. Being from New Jersey myself, Billy and I quickly became friends and I loved talking to him about sports and how much we love the Yankees. I will miss him so much, as will the rest of his GMU family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all

We will never forget summers at the pool and Billie's antics like "swimming" in a puddle or Canon balling off the diving board. Our hearts are saddened with his loss. Our prayers go out to Marry, Vicki and brother Marty. Love, Sandy, Mike, Jared, Cora and Matt Alexander
