Obituary for Ronald H Hansen
Ronald Hansen, 67, of Hightstown, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 13th, surrounded by family. Ron loved reading, fishing, playing guitar, the ocean, and most importantly spending time among close friends and family. Ron was a selfless husband, friend, father and grandfather who cared deeply. A man of few words, he made every one count, and you felt the most love just spending time around him. He especially loved to help others, and leveraged his engineering background to help friends and family fix or build just about anything.
Mr. Hansen had recently retired from a long and successful career in commercial Project Management, building schools, hospitals and skyscrapers across the Greater New York City area.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Denise, who he loved and adored, his step daughter, Gia Winters, son-in-law Andrew Winters and granddaughters Audrey and Clara Winters. He is also survived by his two daughters, Amy Corso and Sara Doyle.
The family will be holding a private service at a later date to celebrate Ron’s life. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Ron’s name to the Princeton Medical Center Foundation online or sent to 5 Plainsboro Road, Suite 365, Plainsboro, NJ 08536.
