Obituary for Edeltraud Mandl
Edeltraud Mandl, 90, of East Windsor, passed away peacefully in her home on November 7, 2020. She was born June 26, 1930 in Austria and came to the United States at the age of 18.
She returned to Austria and married her husband, Theodore P. Mandl. Together they came back to New York and later moved to Ridgewood to make a home together and start their family.
Edeltraud was a graduate of Pace University but dedicated her life to raising her family.
She was predeceased by her husband of 43 years, Theodore P. Mandl. She is survived by her daughter, Maryann Mansfield and her spouse John R. Mansfield, her son, Peter M. Mandl and his spouse Pauline J. Mandl, her grandchildren; Christopher Cody Aramburu and spouse Samantha Aramburu and their daughter and son, Olivia Margret Aramburu and Christopher Theodore Aramburu; Tiffany Irrizary and spouse Jonathan Irrizary and Michael Theodore Mandl.
Visitation will be held from 9am to 10am on Wednesday, November 11 at the Barlow & Zimmer Funeral Home, 202 Stockton Street, Hightstown, NJ 08520. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30am on Wednesday at St. Anthony of Padua RC Church, 251 Franklin Street, Hightstown, NJ 08520. Burial will follow at Princeton Memorial Park, Robbinsville. In lieu of flowers donations in Edeltraud’s name may be made to your local Alzheimers Association.
