Obituary for Carol J. Ingebrand
Carol J. Ingebrand, 69, of East Windsor, died Friday, January 8, 2021 at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center at Plainsboro. Born in New Brunswick, Carol was an East Windsor resident for the past 35 years.
Carol was retired after 30 years of service from Stop & Shop where she was a Retail Manager. When she wasn’t working, Carol loved to relax at home with her family.
Daughter of the late William and Olive Marie Ingebrand and sister of the late John Ingebrand; Carol is survived by her wife of 34 years, Diane Appelt, one daughter Jamie Appelt and one brother and sister in law, Lenny and Sylvia Ingebrand.
Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Barlow & Zimmer Funeral Home, 202 Stockton Street, Hightstown, 08520. In lieu of flowers, donations in Carol’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
