Edward J Kerns, 56, of Washington Borough, died Sunday, January 10, 2021. Born in Bourne, Massachusetts; he was an area resident most of his life.
Ed worked as a substitute teacher in Warren County and in his free time loved camping and astronomy and sharing those hobbies with his son and nieces and nephews
Predeceased by his mother Millie in 2019, he is survived by his wife of 14 years, Amanda, one son, Atticus, his father, Wayne Kerns, one brother, Robert Kerns, one sister and brother-in-law, Kristina (Mike) Gebhardt and many nieces and nephews who loved their Uncle Eddie.
Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Barlow & Zimmer Funeral Home, 202 Stockton Street, Hightstown, 08520. In lieu of flowers, donations in Edward’s name may be made in his memory to Family Guidance Center, 492 Route 57 West, Washington, NJ 07882.
