Helen Sobkowiak, 90, of East Windsor, NJ, formerly Ocean City, Maryland and Staten Island, New York, passed away Monday, April 5, 2021. Helen was a graduate of Port Richmond High School and worked for over 30 years before retiring to Ocean City, Maryland with her husband, John. She was an active member of St. Luke's Catholic Church and was the founder of her beloved Polish Club in Ocean City, Maryland. Helen enjoyed bowling, bingo, living at the beach, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and spending time with family and friends.

Helen is predeceased by her husband of 60 years, John Sobkowiak, and is survived by her children Paul Sobkowiak and his wife Linda, Robert Sobkowiak and his wife Janice, and Janice (nee. Sobkowiak) Gordon and her husband Tom; her six grandsons, Scott and his wife Aimee, Keith and his wife Melissa, Kevin, John and his partner Brianna, Michael and his fiance Rachel and Patrick and her one granddaughter Erin and her fiance Joey; her seven great-grandchildren Madelyn, Cailyn, Aiden, Lyla, Bryce, Aubrey and Fynn; her brother Eugene Podraza and his wife Barbara and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.

Calling hours will be held from 9am to 10:30am Thursday, April 8, 2021 at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11am at St. Anthony of Padua RC Church in Hightstown.
